Okay it is time for me to “Spring Clean” my life again. I have too much clutter in my life, too much junk kicking about that I will never use again and hold on to for no good reason.

In the last two weeks I have fallen off my diet quite severely so I need to get that back on track with a couple of days on fruit and veg and general detoxing, oh and some exercise! I also need to start my training for the 10K races that I run at the end of May.

Today I took my car to get the brakes and passenger side wing mirror fixed and that is all going to cost around Â£668 the “joys” of owning a car.
