After the pasta had finished “resting” I made two individual Lasagna. Lasagna is one of my favourite dishes to make, and eat , but this was the first time I had made it with my own pasta and white sauce, usually I use store bought white sauce. I had forgotten to get garlic but apart that it was almost perfect.

I am back to work tomorrow I am looking forward to the next weekend already
