Mist and Mountains Panoramic view from around Lochawe

Louise and I had a romantic weekend away at a nice place just outside Appin on the shores of Loch Linnhe. View above was taken on the trip back. Monday was also the second anniversary of us ‘going out’ and it was great to be able to spend that day together. On Friday we are going to see Hot Fuzz we are both big fans of Spaced and it was our love of it that partly brought us together in the first place.
Today I bought a load of fruit and veg, well a load compared to what I have been buying in recent months. I decided I needed to turn my food intake around, it has got rather unhealthy over the winter months. My weight has been fairly stable but as I am starting to train for the 10K runs later in the year I want (need) to start taking off some weight. My energy levels have also been low since I went back to work after the New Year so I am hoping a healthier diet will help me. I am also drinking lots of water as I feel better and I’m less crabby when I am properly hydrated
I have a couple of posts in Draft that have been sitting around for a bit I hope to get one finished at the weekend and published. My online novel has also stalled a bit, I have more chapters written but I need to sit down and type them up and edit them. On the subject of stalled projects I am looking at moving my Crafts Network site from Joomla! to Drupal and getting it going properly at last.

Good for you on the positive eating changes. Something about winter makes me want to eat crap! I don’t know if it’s a hibernating bear mentality, of if all the really yummy produce is just more available in sumer, but my winter diet SUCKS. Not good, considering it’s winter 9 months a year here!!
Oh I’m a sponsor! That is cool. Of some reason the winter/cold months make me eat crap too. Pretty much we eat the same thing as we so at summertime (except from barbecue) but cover it in sugar and cream… It’s like everyone’s moods are down when it’s winter and the only way to make up for it is to go beserk in the fridge.
That panorama picture is absolutely amazing! I wish we had beautiful sights like that. We are talking about taking a trip to either Scotland or Island sometime – it’s just so pretty there and we don’t even have to own shorts to do so
we don’t have winter here.
yeah, just have a well-balanced diet and exercise.
Pls say hi to Louise from me. Tell her im your filipino friend. hehehe!
later, kevtors!
