  1. I can’t seem to get the admin interface to work. After activating the plugin, the link in the Options > myMooMus brings to /wp-admin/myMooMus.php, a non-existand file (as the php file is in the plugins directory).

  2. Follow up to my post: even accessing the php file directly just redirects to the blog’s main page (that’s the same result I get if I click on “myMooMus” in the options panel),

sorry about that I will check it out.

    Hi Luca,

I have made a change to the code that may have caused this problem. I have tested in on two clean installs of WordPress and it worked correctly.

The latest version is linked above.

Please delete the version that is in your plugin folder and then upload the myMooMus.php file from the new zip. The version should read 1.31.

  5. Ok, I found the bug. Still present in 1.31 but I managed to track it and fix it. The plugin is supplied in its own dir in the zip. If the dir is uploaded “as is” to the server (i.e. root/wp-content/plugins/myMooMus) it won’t work. Placing myMooMus directly in the plugins dir (no subdir) works instead.

    Hi Luca,

thanks for confirming this. I only added the directory so that I could include the GLP license previous versions did not have a directory/folder so this problem would not have been encountered. I will workout how to get it to work both ways.

I have added that only the myMooMus.php file should be uploaded at the top of this page and will add a “read me first” file to the folder to make this clear.

Would you like a credit and link to your blog on the credits page?

    Kev

  7. Thanks, it’d be appreciated. Very nice of you.
