Yesterday I spotted that the UK Google Maps had added the satellite imagery that had been enthused about on the US site for a while.
jEN has an interesting bit on this subject here
Although there are other map systems out there Google Maps are the clearest and easiest to navigate that I have used and in blogging terms will greatly add to the ‘Virtual’ tourist posts that many people make.
So in that vein, yesterday I went to Helensburgh for the first time with Louise as my guide and had a nice evening meal there. Here is a satellite pic of Helensburgh
